The DX115-5.5M Flexible EPDM Self Grip Rubber Top & Side Seal is manufactured from durable EPDM rubber with an integrated metal insert and sponge sealing bulb. It is designed as a direct replacement barn door seal for Volkswagen T5 and T6 models.
Suitable for 1mm to 3mm panel thicknesses, this self-grip seal provides a secure push-on fit without the need for adhesives. The integrated sponge bulb helps create a reliable weatherproof seal, reducing water ingress, drafts, dust and noise while protecting exposed panel edges.
Designed to fit Volkswagen T5 and T6 barn doors (2003 onwards), this aftermarket replacement matches OEM part number 7H0829193BH. A minimum of 5.5 metres is required per vehicle, and slight trimming may be necessary to achieve the perfect fit.
