No Hassle Returns

We obviously want you to be totally happy with your purchase from COH Baines.

If a part is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 60 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you.

To return an item you'll need a Returns Authorisation Number. Please contact our Customer Service team on 01892 543311 or email us at to obtain your Returns Authorisation number. Returned products without a Returns Authorisation number may be subject to delay.

Changed your mind?

If you've simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you. Please note that these returns will be subject to a handling charge (typically 10% min £5) to cover administration and re-stocking costs. Return carriage charges are non-refundable. 

We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, issue a refund within 14 working days.
