We are pleased to inform you that after many months of preparation, we are now in a position to go live with our new computer system. This change will allow us to enhance our operations and improve our service to you.
As part of this transition, please take note of the following important dates regarding order processing and deliveries:
- Final day for order placement: End of play Tuesday, 25th February 2025.
- Last day for despatch: Thursday, 27th February 2025 (2:00 PM cut-off).
- Temporary suspension of deliveries: No deliveries will be made between 28th February and 9th March 2025
- Deliveries resume and new system go live: Monday, 10th March 2025.
For any orders currently in our system, we will aim to maintain the delivery dates provided. Invoices for these orders will be issued after the transition.
